Design office DYTRON - Division LINE

The activities of our Design Office cover mainly the performance of design work for customers in the automotive industry and the organization of the production of products (via co-operation) which we have been designed . Currently our LINE division employs 28 people which is more than 40% of all employees in the firm.

Prices billed for performed activities depend on several factors, for example total time of collaboration, the location where the design activities are performed (at our firm, or at the customer), necessary skills of a designer - for operations in 2D or 3D, etc. All operations are performed using CATIA V.4 and V.5.

Measuring and check fixtures and equipment

The Design Office of DYTRON handles the design of cubings, master blocks, data control models, locating fixtures for the measuring the body components and groups of welded body structure, as well as, fixtures for the location and measurement of lining parts. The targeted implementation of these products is in the area of quality for the automotive industry in the pre-production and production phases. The Design Office DYTRON s.r.o. develops a draft design and after its approval, the detailed design, followed by preparation of CAD data for NC machining, layout analysis and creation of drawing documentation.

Welding fixtures and other tools (for example fixtures for handling, testing, warehousing, etc.)

The Design Office of DYTRON s.r.o. performs project designs of welding stations for individual technological welding operations while using standard customer parts and following their approval, a detailed design and development of the drawing documentation including the preparation of CAD data for NC machining.

Production activity

In order to provide a complete service to our customers, in addition to our design activities, we also organize precise machine production. We build precise machine equipment and production fixtures including handling tools, which complements the overall delivery if the customer desires.

In case of receiving a job as a whole package, it is self-evident that we guarantee product quality not only in terms of its design, but also concerning quality of its production.

The Design Office DYTRON is a DIRECT supplier to Škoda Auto, Volkswagen and Visteon (Autopal).
